super suay larh sunday. waited for people, didn know they will fang my ge zi. was going to be late for service. and little did i know tht my bottle was leaking! my whole bag was like a swimming pool, but worse still, my pencil case, notebook, journey file and Bible went diving. >.< all gone. then the stupid highlighter somehow seeped through the pencil case and stained one of my favourite shirt ! ahhh can't believe it larh. was given so much hope in the morning. integration/new friends. sigh.

study-crap conference (: hah. hello! been quite a while eh.
tday's quite eventful. accomplished quite a lot! completed zuo wen. 4pages long! kris fu can definitely say yes to tht! hahah now the math test tht i dont know wht to study. oh well i'll get through this.
here's what i've been doing for the past few days during the holidays.
yeap. all spent in the bio lab. a budding scientist on the rise.
but its sure a tiring job. but of course being the self-disciplined me, its not a problem.
measuring.pouring.mixing.incubating.
NO LIFE man.
filled with disappointments and frustrations, especially after realizing there was contamination or crazy results like this.
tell me how to count the number of spherical-like colonies!
hahah oh well no pain no gain at the end of the day. its still quite fun (:

cause during inspiration, the external intercostal muscles contract. the ribs are raised upwards and outwards. the thoracic cavity enlarges from side-to-side. the breastbone moves slightly forward. the thoracic cavity increases from front-to-back. the diaghragm becomes flattened due to the contraction of the muscles in it. this causes the thoracic cavity to enlarge in a top-to-bottom direcction. this 3-dimensional expansion of the thoracic volume decreases the air pressure. thus air is forced into the lungs!
yay they say that the volume of air entering or leaving the lungs during normal breathing, also called the tidal air, is about 500cm3. but the total vital capacity of the lungs is 3500-4000cm3! this is when we take the deepest breath!
so let's all stretch the vital capacity of our lungs as we ENLARGE and EXPAND OUR TERRITORIES ! CONQUER NEW GROUNDS WITH THE SWORD OF FAITH (:

how fast things change.i was having the runs after coming back from the hospital, and now it worsened.
